CQC Registered Care Manager Opportunity @Caremark Barnet and Enfield

As a Registered Care Manager at Caremark (Barnet and Enfield) you will play a critical role in leading and managing our care services. You will ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our customers, oversee the day-to-day operations, and drive the continued growth and development of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage the delivery of care services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

– Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.

– Manage and support a team of care professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

– Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff.

– Maintain strong relationships with customers, families, and external agencies.

– Ensure effective financial management and budgeting of the care service.

– Drive business growth and development within the local community.

Requirements:

– A recognised management qualification in health and social care.

– Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting.

– Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework and standards in health and social care.

– Excellent leadership and communication skills.

– Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

– A commitment to delivering high-quality care and improving service outcomes.
