Are you an experienced vet looking for the next step in your career? Do you want to grow and develop a practice with great potential, providing clinical excellence and high-quality care while working with your practice team to promote your and their development?
Our client based in Dundee are currently looking for an experienced vet to continue to take their practice from strength to strength . In this role you will play a fundamental part , leading and managing the clinical team, supporting the accreditation of the practice through the RCVS practice standards scheme and developing overall strategy for growth.
You will be joining a close knit team of 2 vets, 3 nurses, 2 client care advisors and a practice manager working with various charities and rescues in addition to their local client base, giving an interesting mix of cases. As Lead Vet you will have the clinical freedom to build on your own interests, no matter what they might be.
Dundee itself is a coastal town in the eastern central lowlands of Scotland on the Firth of Tay estuary meaning you’ll never be far from the seaside. The UKs first UNESCO City of Design and previously named the ‘Coolest Little City in Britain’ by GQ magazine there really is so much to discover here.
This rewarding position can be full or part time and our client is open to discussion regarding hours and flexibility. No OOH’s will be required and you will need to be confident working sole charge.
