ASIC Senior Director of Silicon – £145k – Oxford Due to our continued growth, Our semiconductor client is looking for an ASIC Senior Director of Silicon to join their senior leadership team ASIC Senior Director of Silicon – Responsibilities Providing the Project Lead role with overall responsibility (or specific functions / deliverables) and team leadership for the cross-functional team within a development project. Working with Project and Technical Leads for the management of single or multi-site development projects. You will be responsible for the creation of Product Definition Response Document / project plans and negotiation for resources to execute on plans. Working with other project teams and management to ensure effective delivery of the product into the factory ASIC Senior Director of Silicon – Essential Skills (Bold indicated high importance) Project completion in line with agreed project plans. Acute planning and tracking skills. Highly Innovative and creative in project development and product features. Strong working relationship with multi-site Project Leads Very strong risk identification and management. Team management of allocated resources when required. ASIC Senior Director of Silicon – Technical experience required: Experience of cross-discipline project development from specification to release. Risk analysis and mitigation Implementation of QA procedures. Competitive base salary (£90k – £145k)
