Your Team

You will join our Marketing team within the Commercial function, which promotes awareness and engagement with the Oxbotica brand and its products to our customers and multiple external audiences

Your Role

  • Raising Oxbotica’s profile and making the brand famous
  • Championing and embedding Oxbotica’s values and leadership principles as we scale globally
  • Leading digital marketing strategy and execution, including selection of supporting agencies and vendors
  • Supporting the launch of our new company website, ensuring we deliver a best-practice and industry-leading solution
  • Managing the new website once live, using a CMS, ensuring content is regularly updated and driving results
  • Working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute an always-on SEO strategy
  • Closely monitoring Google Analytics and Search Console – making suggestions on how to improve performance, and promptly resolving issues
  • Planning, executing and optimising digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the new website and support lead generation targets
  • Setting up, managing and reporting on email campaigns
  • Identifying latest trends and making recommendations based on insights
  • Reporting on KPIs and ROI for all digital marketing activities including a monthly marketing dashboard

Requirements:

What you need to succeed:

  • Degree level (or equivalent) qualification in a relevant discipline
  • A passion for the future of mobility
  • Interest or background in automotive, technology or SaaS
  • Experience working in a senior digital position, having managed strategies and campaigns across a wide range of channels/disciplines, including SEM, email, CRM, web, paid social and display
  • Experience working with a range of content management systems
  • A solid understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console, including tracking and tagging
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and ability to multi-task in highly pressurised environments
  • Confident managing budgets
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • PowerPoint/Word/Excel and Google Workspace proficient (need to be comfortable using Apple Mac)
