Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Support Officer to join our team at Pfizer. This role allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing invaluable support to our customers in the London, England area. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support and assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, resolving any issues or inquiries.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to address customer concerns and provide accurate information effectively.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
  • Track and document customer interactions and activities to maintain accurate records and provide management insights.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of customer support strategies and processes.
  • Continuously strive for innovation in customer support methods and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Take on project management responsibilities to support the overall customer support function.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback to enhance the customer experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer support role, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • High level of professionalism and empathy, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, as necessary.
