Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring excellent customer service is provided. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and analytical skills. Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives
– Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality service is provided
– Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
– Train new employees on customer service best practices
– Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
– Handle escalated customer complaints or issues
– Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or concerns
– Conduct performance evaluations for team members
– Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance
Skills:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
– Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish or other languages is a plus
– Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
– Exceptional problem-solving skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Proven experience in a customer service supervisory role
– Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
