Roles, responsibilities, and Skills

Roles/Responsibilities:
• Negotiates contracts for energy transactions.
• In case of dispute, act as an intermediary between the supplier and the client.
• Handle Client’s complaints.
• Provide training to junior staff.
• Create a new sales lead.
•Forecasts future energy needs to lower costs for clients. •
• Develop energy product packages for customers.
• Determines the best utility rates for customers.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients.
• Review contracts with clients before renewal.
• Consult with clients on ways to lower energy costs.
• Examines bids from energy providers and determines which serve clients the best.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:

Extensive knowledge of energy products.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage the energy needs of customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 37.50 hours a week.
