Customer Service Associate – Work From Home

Credit Karma is looking for a passionate and adaptable Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level employee, you are expected to have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: – Provide exceptional customer service and support to Credit Karma users via phone, email, and live chat. – Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner. – Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. – Maintain a strong knowledge of Credit Karma’s products, services, and policies. – Utilize innovative problem-solving techniques to address customer needs. – Actively listen to customers, assess their needs, and provide appropriate solutions. – Persuade customers to utilize additional Credit Karma services or products when applicable. – Document all customer interactions and relevant information accurately and thoroughly. – Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and security.

Requirements: – Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. – Strong written and verbal communication skills. – Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment. – Adaptability to changing customer needs and company policies. – Passion for providing exceptional customer service and support. – Innovative thinker with the ability to find creative solutions to customer problems. – Persuasive communicator, able to influence customer behavior and interactions. – Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools. – Knowledge of personal finance, credit scores, and financial products is a plus. – High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
