Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities:
– Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve issues
– Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
– Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and addressing their needs in a timely manner
– Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary
– Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to the management team
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
– Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism
– Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
– Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
– Multilingual skills are a plus
