We are dedicated to preventing and treating diseases at every stage of life.We are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Companion Animal Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with veterinary practices within Kent, Surrey and Sussex. T he primary goal of this role is to increase market share and stimulate market growth for our companion animal portfolio by building long-term, sustainable, and profitable relationships.Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinary practices in the designated geographical area
Understand the needs and requirements of veterinary practices and provide them with tailored solutions from our companion animal portfolio
Achieve regional sales targets in line with the overall business unit strategy
Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding market share
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to deliver exceptional customer experience
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to develop competitive strategies and recommendations
Effectively manage and prioritize accounts and activities to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction
Continuously update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM systemRequirements:
Proven experience in account management or sales
Strong knowledge and understanding of the veterinary market in the Kent, Surrey & Sussex regions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the designated region
