Community Relations Executive
Part-time 15 hours per week – Nr Potters Bar, Hertfordshire c. £27,896 plus £3,725 London weighting (pro-rata)
The Royal Veterinary College (RVC) is seeking to recruit a Community Relations Executive to join the Alumni Relations and Events team within the Directorate of External Relations. This post will play a central role within the team, supporting the delivery of our community relations objectives. The RVC is committed to developing and maintaining positive relationships with our local communities and we wish to ensure that we are working in a positive, supportive and engaging way with our neighbours. We make a significant economic, social and cultural contribution to the region, and we are committed to our social responsibility to the local areas. This is an opportunity to take a on a varied role building relationships with our local community, particularly those close to our Hawkshead Campus in Hertfordshire. The role will suit candidates who can work flexible hours, during office hours, weekends, and evenings when required. The ability to travel around the local area is essential. Excellent communication and administration skills are essential along with a customer-focused outlook and a positive, enthusiastic mindset. Closing date: 3rd October
