Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our multi-disciplinary allied health team. This exciting part-time opportunity offers you the chance to lead and innovate in the delivery of specialised pelvic health services across outpatient and inpatient settings.
This role is part of the larger Humber Health Partnership, one of the UK’s largest NHS collaborations, known for its commitment to clinical excellence, staff development, and inclusive patient-centred care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate the pelvic health therapy service
- Lead and supervise the pelvic health team alongside fellow clinical leads and specialists
- Provide expert assessment and management of complex pelvic health conditions
- Contribute to service development, teaching, and operational strategy
- Ensure high standards of care through governance and quality assurance
- Act as a role model, driving excellence in clinical practice and professional development
What We’re Looking For:
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist
- Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Proven senior-level experience in an acute or specialist setting
- Advanced skills in verbal communication, caseload management, and clinical decision-making
- Experience supporting staff performance and development
- Commitment to CPD and service innovation

Desirable:
- Postgraduate qualifications in pelvic health, leadership, or related specialties
- Experience in clinical audits, service evaluations, or CSP special interest group participation
