All breaks for all colleagues are protected to ensure you get that time to recharge, and if you ever need additional support our Practice Manager is a trained Mental Health First Aider.
Our caseload is everything you would expect from an established general practice, offering you plenty of variation and with a large proportion of insured clients you’ll have the ability to work cases up fully in-house. We offer 15 minute consults with time set aside for admin and surgeries.
You should have small animal experience gained as a general practitioner, and great people skills. You will be comfortable with sole charge but will also relish being part of a team.
An approachable and consultative style is essential in this role as the team take great pride in the relationships they have built with their patients, clients and local community.Northwich Vets4Pets is based on the Retail Park, inside Pets At Home in the town centre with a large car park and a local bus stop nearby.
There’s plenty of shopping nearby with High Street brands and quirky small businesses, as well as coffee shops for those important breaks!Located in the heart of Cheshire between Chester and Manchester, Northwich has great transport links. Key motorways including the M6 are close by, and train lines are within easy reach. If you’re a jetsetter, both Manchester and Liverpool airports are less than an hour away too. Staying closer to home, Northwich has two rivers and a canal on its doorstep where you can take a boat trip on the River Weaver or stroll along the Trent and Mersey Canal towpath. Various wildlife and breath-taking scenery can be found at every turn. There’s plenty to discover here and we’ll make sure you have the work/life balance to explore this beautiful area.
