We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Support Representative at Booz Allen Hamilton in London, England. As a Client Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our clients, providing exceptional support, and ensuring their satisfaction. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and responsive support. 2. Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business needs and objectives. 3. Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution. 4. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints. 5. Provide guidance and advice to clients on our products, services, and solutions. 6. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance client experience. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client projects on time and within scope. 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. 9. Produce regular reports and updates on client interactions and progress. 10. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. 4. Proven resilience and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure. 5. Highly motivated and self-driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team. 6. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. 7. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 9. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 10. Knowledge of the industry trends and best practices.
