Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Service Officer to join our team at T-Mobile in London, England. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while also assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities: – Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner to address their needs and concerns – Assist clients with setting up new services, troubleshooting technical issues, and making changes to their accounts – Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients – Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions – Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience – Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients

Requirements: – 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field – Energetic and independent personality traits – Strong critical thinking and innovation skills – Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
