Responsibilities: – Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. – Assist with client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive experience. – Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, effectively communicating client requirements and expectations. – Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and loyalty. – Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize client service processes and enhance the overall client experience. – Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide clients with pertinent information and advice.

Requirements: – Proven experience in a client service or customer support role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients. – Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. – Proficient in using client management systems and other relevant software. – Ability to work independently and remotely, while still being a valuable team player. – A motivated self-starter with a strong attention to detail.
