Chinese & Sushi Chef (Visa Sponsorship Available)

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Chinese hot dishes using stir-fry, steam, braise, and deep-fry methods.

· Prepare a range of sushi including nigiri, maki rolls, sashimi, and specialty sushi.

· Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.

· Manage workstation cleanliness and assist with kitchen prep and inventory.

· Support the kitchen during busy hours and work closely with the team.

· Help train junior staff as needed.Requirements

· Minimum Level 4 Chinese Culinary Certificate OR at least 3 years of experience working in a professional kitchen.

· Proven skills in both Chinese cooking and sushi preparation.

· Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above preferred).

· Eligible for UK Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship (we are a licensed sponsor).Benefits
