The Role

Are you passionate about person-centred care? Do you want to work in a supportive team where your efforts are genuinely valued? Relax Care is hiring compassionate caregivers with driving responsibilities to assist in delivering high-quality, double-handed care across client homes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and emotional support in line with individual care plans.
Support clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and medication.
Drive yourself and a fellow caregiver between home visits as part of a team.
Use the Birdie App to follow care plans and report any incidents or concerns.
Ensure client dignity, choice, and independence are upheld at all times.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control.

Requirements

A full UK driving licence or valid international driving licence.
Your own vehicle insured for Class 1 business use.
Commitment to flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills.
Willingness to register with Social Care Wales (if not already registered).
