The Role
Are you passionate about person-centred care? Do you want to work in a supportive team where your efforts are genuinely valued? Relax Care is hiring compassionate caregivers with driving responsibilities to assist in delivering high-quality, double-handed care across client homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and emotional support in line with individual care plans.
- Support clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and medication.
- Drive yourself and a fellow caregiver between home visits as part of a team.
- Use the Birdie App to follow care plans and report any incidents or concerns.
- Ensure client dignity, choice, and independence are upheld at all times.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control.
Requirements
- A full UK driving licence or valid international driving licence.
- Your own vehicle insured for Class 1 business use.
- Commitment to flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to register with Social Care Wales (if not already registered).
