About the Role

New Horizons Management Services is actively partnering with top-rated nursing homes and clients in Croydon and the surrounding areas to recruit full-time and part-time Care Workers, Support Workers, and Live-In Carers.

In this role, you will empower and motivate service users to maintain independence while assisting them with social, emotional, and physical tasks, including personal care.

As a Care Worker or Support Worker, you will collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll also communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues to understand individual preferences and needs.
