About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in the design, development, and integration of SeeByte’s intelligent maritime software. You’ll work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team on high-impact, real-world applications that include autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs), defense technology, and ocean exploration systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement modular and maintainable software in C#
- Develop Windows-based user interfaces using WPF
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to deliver integrated solutions
- Use modern CI/CD tools like Docker and Jenkins
- Automate software deployment and configuration management
- Apply industry best practices in software testing and system verification

Key Requirements
- A degree in Software Engineering or a related numerate discipline with a focus on programming
- Experience in C# and WPF UI development
- Understanding of software engineering principles and agile development workflows
- Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and deployment pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in autonomous systems
Preferred (but not required)
- Knowledge of robotics, sensors, or maritime technology
- Previous experience working in defense or security-sensitive environments
- Experience with cross-platform development
