Business Unit Director – Companion Animal

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Business Unit Director for Companion Animals. As the Head of Business Unit, you will be responsible for implementing our business unit plan and exceeding revenue targets. You will lead a team of marketing, technical, and sales professionals, coaching and developing them to reach their full potential. We are looking for a visionary leader who can inspire our team members and create future business leaders.

In addition to leading the team, you will be an acknowledged people leader both within and outside of your reporting line. Your effective communication skills and lead-by-example attitude will be crucial in driving the transformation of our ways of working. A key part of your role will be to drive the aligned global business unit strategy for the UK. You will also collaborate with customers to ensure mutual business success and maintain a high level of customer-centricity.

To be successful in this role, you should have broad industry experience in a senior line leadership position, with significant P&L responsibility. Your expertise in sales and marketing, along with your ability to work in a matrix environment and across different business and regulatory environments, will be essential. You should be a strategic thinker, capable of making rapid yet balanced decisions on key business issues.
