Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Support. As a Business Support, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This is a full-time position based in our office.
Responsibilities:
– Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
– Assist with human resources tasks such as maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
– Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
– Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
– Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed
– Supervise and provide guidance to junior administrative staff
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in an administrative or business support role
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
