Business Management Graduate Programme

Start date: September 2023

Duration of programme: 2 years – 4 x 6 month Rotations

Closing dates for applications: 

Applications will close on the 17th October. Successful candidates will be expected to attend an assessment centre on either 7th November or 28th November. We will reopen applications again shortly after for further assessment centres early next year, apply early to avoid disappointment!

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in any subject from any university.

Location: 

Predominantly based at our Hatfield Headquarters but you could be on rotation in London, Welwyn Garden City or in our CFC’s (Customer Fulfilment Centre)

The Business Management Graduate Programme:

We will empower you from day one of the programme, and give you the autonomy and responsibility you need to thrive in your career with Ocado group. You will be given genuine development opportunities and continued support, giving you the building blocks for a successful career at Ocado group.

Our Business Management Graduates rotate across a variety of business areas that may include; Group Operations, Client Services, Platform Implementation, Solutions, Technology and Logistics.

Your responsibilities will vary depending on placement but generally, in this programme, you will be working hands-on within the business, conducting practical project focused work to improve processes and generate new ideas. You will be involved in managing small to medium-sized projects in various business areas. Most importantly you will gain a holistic view of our multi-national FTSE 100 business to appreciate what makes us a leader in the fast-paced, dynamic technology world.

Our Application Process

Our application process consists of four stages that allow you to showcase your abilities in different environments.

1. Online Application-Initial screening process
2. Online Tests
-Measures cognitive abilities, attitudes, personality and knowledge
3. Video Interview
-Assesses motivations and suitability to work for Ocado Group
4. Assessment Centres
-Involves 2 group activities, a presentation and a 1-2-1 interview
