Duties
– Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
– Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
– Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals
– Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
– Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
– Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
– Track and report on sales performance metrics
Requirements
– Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
– Proficiency in software applications and CRM tools, such as Salesforce
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
