Salary: £22,113 – £25,480 per year (Based on 35-hour week)
Shift Pattern: Evenings (1:30 PM – 9:30 PM) & Sleeping Nights (9:30 PM – 10:00 AM)

Beam ABA Services is recruiting full-time Behavior Support Workers to deliver home- and community-based programs across Enfield and Haringey. What You’ll Do
- Assist in implementing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) & Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans
- Teach life skills, communication, and social interaction
- Provide personal care (e.g. toileting, feeding, hygiene, medication)
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours
- Take daily behavioural data and progress notes
- Attend training, team meetings, and stay compliant with safeguarding policies
- Work flexible hours including 2 evening/weekend shifts and up to 2 sleeping night shifts weekly
What You Need
- Minimum 6 months experience working with individuals with autism or learning disabilities
- Strong communication skills and emotional resilience
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting client well-being
- Eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship available only for UK residents)
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or related field
- 1+ year experience supporting special needs populations
- Familiarity with ABA methodology
- Experience managing challenging behaviours
- UK Driving License (desirable)
