About the Role:
As a Banking intern, you will work with our Coverage and Mergers and Acquisition teams. You’ll help clients answer strategic questions, delivering solutions through mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, structured solutions, and risk management. As a Summer Analyst, you will learn the art and science behind executing a transaction and work on live deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial analysis and modeling.
- Valuation and industry research.
- Client due diligence.
- Development of written materials, including offering memoranda and new business presentations.
- Collaboration on live deals and client pitches.
- Supporting the team in advising a broad range of corporate clients.
- Managing client relationships and providing customer service support.
- Participating in training and development programs.
Who We’re Looking For:
- You must be in your penultimate or final year of university, in any discipline.
- You should have a keen interest in business and finance and a curiosity to learn.
