Responsibilities:
– Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
– Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
– Provide preventive dental care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
– Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and proper dental care techniques
– Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
– Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
– Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education programs
Experience:
– Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
– Valid state dental license
– Proficiency in anatomy knowledge and understanding of oral health conditions
– Experience with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for creating dental restorations is a plus
– Familiarity with medical imaging technology used in dentistry
Experience:
- Dentistry: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- GDC Registration (preferred)
