Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR experienced assistant with a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. Location is based out of our beautiful and recently renovated Offices in Watford, north west London. We offer a fully hybrid working model, with working at this Office location/ remotely (fully remotely if you already work at Ralph Lauren) You will partner with a variety of teams across the RL businesses and ensure the correct implementation of all HR policies and procedures by providing accurate and timely guidance to management and employees.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Actively work within HR inbox appropriately responding to all emails, leveraging help from P&D Associates, and Business Partners where needed.
* Complete weekly HR audits to ensure employee records are compliant
* Provide administrative support to the business;
* New Hire Contracts
* Change of T&C letters
* Family Friendly policies
* Secondments
* Right to Work checks validation and audits
* Onboarding in Workday
* Use of Adobe E-Sign to distribute letters
* Support business with Workday queries and training.
* Supporting with first line employee relation queries including completing disciplinary invite and absence letters.
* Action Aravo vendor set up & process invoices through Ariba.
* Action references in line with SLAs.
* Support on various team projects & Ad hoc projects the business may face
* Support with monthly payroll & ER tracker checks
* Accurately track and record passport/visa/sponsorship and work permit information for employees, ensuring this is tracked and followed up on a regular basis.
* Working in line with GDPR legislation.
* Analysing data using Workday reporting
* General administrative support to wider P&D team

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail
* Action oriented and resilient with a pro-active approach to problem solving
* Experience of working in a fast-paced Head Office environment
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft office programmes including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience of Workday systems
* Strong reporting and analytical skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident in working with confidential information and must possess an ability to demonstrate discretion
