Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full Test Systems life cycle, from conceptualisation to formal release and support.
  • Implementing and verifying assigned test systems using state-of-the-art engineering principles and adhering to the highest industry standards.
  • Serving as the engineering interface to the Project Manager, ensuring clear communication of technical direction and decisions.
  • Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of test solutions.
  • Providing technical guidance and leadership to support the successful execution of projects.
  • Participating in technical and program reviews and contributing to organisational initiatives.

Required qualifications:

  • A degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Proven experience in Test System design, development, and hardware/software integration, preferably in the Aviation or a similar high integrity field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to formulate effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, peers, and management.
  • Demonstrated ability for independent and sound technical judgment.

  • Ability to deliver solutions on-time, to budget and with the required quality
