Responsibilities:
– Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
– Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering new supplies as needed
– Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management
– Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system for important documents
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
– Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
– Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative officer or similar role
– Proficient in IT skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish
– Attention to detail with high accuracy in work output
– Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
