Account Support Specialist

Collibra, a leading data intelligence company, is seeking an Account Support Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position and is ideal for an entry-level candidate with no prior work experience. As an Account Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our account management team and ensuring the smooth operations of our client accounts.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the account management team in maintaining and building strong client relationships. 2. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client queries and issues in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met. 4. Conduct research to gain a deep understanding of the clients’ industries and challenges. 5. Analyze and track client metrics and prepare reports for the account management team. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to identify opportunities for client growth. 7. Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition. 8. Assist in organizing and coordinating client meetings, workshops, and events. 9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows. 10. Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.

Requirements:

1. A passionate and dedicated individual willing to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. 2. Strong research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information effectively. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams. 4. Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 7. A proactive mindset with a strong ability to problem-solve and think critically. 8. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
