We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls in London, England, UK. As an Account Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing our client relationships. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic account plans, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth. 3. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients. 4. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Analyze client data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for strategic initiatives. 6. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify potential areas of improvement, and present solutions. 7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends. 8. Prepare and present reports on account performance, including revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction metrics. 9. Collaborate with the sales team to support new client onboarding and contribute to the development of sales strategies. 10. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve our account management processes.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience as an Account Support Manager or a similar client-facing role. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams. 3. Adaptability and resilience to effectively manage changing client demands and industry trends. 4. Solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Experience in leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred. 8. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 9. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 10. Availability to work part-time hours.
