  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and businesses regarding projects, and liaise with the company’s engineers and other professionals to provide accurate responses.
  • Provide cost estimates and payment plans to clients.
  • Maintain and manage the schedule of projects undertaken by the company.
  • Handle accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including preparation of sales invoices and maintenance of sales activity records.
  • Coordinate with management and sales teams to ensure business profitability.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless operations and collaboration.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints or forward them to the relevant sales team member for resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and development in both sectors.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of business operations, project management, and administrative processes.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using business management software and tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
