Eligibility Requirements (Must-Have):

To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet all of the following criteria:

Passed IELTS/OET with an overall Grade 7 (or be from a majority English-speaking country)
Passed CBT
NMC application submitted
Minimum 4 years of post-registration experience in a haematology ward
Trained and experienced in chemotherapy administration
General Medical/Surgical Ward experience alone will not be accepted
Only candidates fulfilling these criteria will be shortlisted

Role Overview

As a Pre-Registered Nurse at HCA UK, you’ll:

Work in a specialist haematology ward within a multidisciplinary team
Progress through OSCE training, supported by senior staff and education teams
Deliver high standards of compassionate patient care
Monitor and evaluate patient treatment plans
Undertake extended duties such as venepuncture, cannulation, and phlebotomy
Support junior staff and coordinate care delivery
Recognise early signs of patient deterioration and respond calmly and effectively
