Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management.
Duties:
– Supervise and manage office staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
– Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
– Coordinate office activities and schedules to ensure smooth operations
– Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering as needed
– Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service
– Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies
– Utilize QuickBooks or similar software for financial record keeping and reporting
– Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives
Experience:
– Proven experience in office management or related role
– Strong administrative skills with proficiency in clerical tasks
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels of the organization
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Experience in supervising staff and managing teams
– Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
