Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by effectively managing service requests and providing accurate information.
Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome
– Listen to customer inquiries and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions
– Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar
– Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service requests
– Provide accurate estimates for services and obtain customer approval
– Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
– Assist with data entry tasks, including updating customer information in our system
– Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Experience:
– Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
– Proficient in data entry and using computerized systems
– Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
– Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
