Job Summary
Systems Administrator Working from home mostly and Bracknell and Reading occasionally The working pattern can be negotiated.

If you are self-motivated, able to work from home and maintain passion and motivation, working in a fast paced support environment then this is role for you. Working with our Clinical Services and wider teams you will build systems, understand functionality and work out the most effective way for the systems to support clinical processes.
You will grow and support our 1st line support teams with escalation and support. You will work with suppliers, building good relationships, so where problems cant be solved locally we get the best solutions from our suppliers. In our Trust we mainly use RiO and electornic prescribing and medicines administration (ePMA) together with a number of other systems, so the majority of the role will be focused on RiO and ePMA.

- Working off your initiative to come up with solutions to problems.
- Understanding guidance from suppliers
- Learning how to build solutions
- Relationship build with lots of IT colleagues internally and externally
- Working day to day within applications using user interfaces and tools to build clinics, wards, and other functionality
- You will spend most of the time at the computer behind screens, talking to people using different technologies.
- To plan with colleagues, timeframes and work needed for a deadline, negotiating deadlines based on experience.
- Engaging in meetings and running meetings with services.
