Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the costs and finances of construction projects. Your expertise in cost control and analysis will contribute to the successful completion of our projects.

Duties:
– Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
– Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities
– Monitor project budgets and track expenses throughout the construction process
– Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure cost-effective solutions
– Review and evaluate contractor bids and proposals
– Prepare and present reports on project costs, progress, and financial forecasts
– Provide guidance on contractual matters related to costs and payments
– Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify quantities

Skills:
– Strong knowledge of cost control principles and techniques
– Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
