Duties:

• Be familiar with both UK market and Asia market, and fully responsible for managing and developing new business in both markets.
• Identify, develop and maintain strategic relationships with agencies in Asia to extend our services to prospective international students in the UK.
• Evaluate market trends and provide reports to the company director, using data to forecast sales and set appropriate quotas.
• Visit potential and existing cooperative companies and clients by traveling to different areas, and attend network events and various industry related activities.
• Collect and research benchmark competitors and the whole industry news and information.
• Regularly communicate with Asia market agencies, and improve our customer services and give suggestions on the range of services to be sold.
• Maintain and develop different marketing and sales channels

Skill, experience and qualification required:

• Language: Proficiency in Mandarin and English. Proficiency in at least one Asian language being highly desirable.
• Education: Bachelor or above qualification
• Work experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development or sales, ideally within the real estate sector. Experience in international markets, particularly Asia, would be advantageous.
• Willingness to travel, as the role might require occasional visits to partner agencies in Asia.
• Proven ability to build, develop and maintain relationship with key business clients
