Stripe is a leading technology company that is revolutionizing the way businesses accept payments online. We are currently seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: – Provide exceptional account support to our remote clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our payment platform – Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their unique business needs – Conduct regular check-ins with clients to address any questions or concerns, and provide guidance on how to maximize the value of our services – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or product-related challenges – Monitor customer performance metrics and provide regular reporting and analysis to clients, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities – Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working with the sales team to expand the scope of accounts and increase revenue – Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with clients to help them stay ahead of the competition – Provide feedback to internal teams regarding product enhancements, customer pain points, and potential areas for improvement
Requirements: – Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or customer support, preferably in the technology or payments industry – Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and driving customer satisfaction – Energetic and hardworking, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service – Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data, make informed decisions, and drive results – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external clients – Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive mindset and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively – Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client relationships and track performance metrics
