As a Talent Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing the very best talent for THG across Hospitality, ensuring we continue to hire exceptional people to support with creating a 5* experience across our portfolio.
You will be recruiting for a wealth of exciting roles for the hospitality sector to make their mark and create a lasting impact.
We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about working with people andis capable of workingindependently to manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact through to contract completion. You will also need to have a thorough understanding of THG and THGExperience and our unique positioning as a global technology company leading the way in an experiential market.
THG own King Street Townhouse Hotel, Great John Street Hotel, King Street Townhouse Gym & Spa and Hale Country Club & Spa creating 5* experiences for our members and guests.
The role
As a Talent Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing the very best talent for THG Experience. You will get the chance to work across a range of roles from entry level to senior management for a variety of different teams (F&B, Kitchen, Sales, Marketing). You’ll be able to develop your stakeholder management skills working with industry experts.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for hospitality and marketing hires into THG Experience division, including approaching candidates on LinkedIn, managing advertresponsesand sourcing top quality candidates.
- Covering a wide variety of roles from entry level hospitality, senior level, Marketing, Sales and PR & Communications.
- As the first person a potential candidate talks to from THG, you will be an important ambassador for the Group and will need to have the ability to understand their motivations and match these with the benefits of working for us.
- Be comfortable selling THG to potential talent or someone that isn’t aware of the business either through a telephone interview or face to face meetings.
- Ensure each potential candidate’s experience is positive and seamless by ensuring they meet with the right interviewers and are looked after at each stage of the recruitment process.
- You will be comfortable hiring and market mapping at the most junior level right through to senior level positions.
- You will be an advocate of social networking and supporting our recruitment function, helping THG capitalise on these tools.
- You will be expected to work alongside our in-house talent function to proactively search for creative sourcing strategies.
- Additional responsibilities will include; working with L&D to create interview training, developing role competencies and what good looks like etc
Requirements
- Ability to work autonomously and build relationships with stakeholders across the division
- Ability to manage a recruitment process from initial contact through to offer management
- A desire to take full ownership of Hospitality recruitment at THG, helping to shape our future growth
- Ability to apply sourcing strategies to attract the top talent from across the world.
