About the Early Careers Team:
THG’s Early Careers team hire and develop the best Early Careers talent from across the world to power THG’s exciting growth. We onboard hundreds of apprentices, interns, and graduates each year, and whether they join Technology, Finance, Marketing or THG Studios, it is our responsibility to give them an exciting and supported start to their career at THG.
About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious Manager to lead our Early Careers offering & team. Our Early Careers programmes have been designed to help our future talent shape their careers and make an impact from day one.Early Careers and giving people an opportunity is at the heart of our culture, so this is a great opportunity for someone passionate about creating a best in class offering.
Early Careers Manager will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategies to identify, recruit, train, retain and support emerging talent.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and experience across all early careers initiatives.
- Design and implement innovative and effective recruitment, onboarding, training, and development programmes for interns, graduates, and apprentices.
- Leading the development and execution of our career fair strategy
- Understand graduate market and competition as well as work with HR business partners to implement effective retention.
- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programmes that equip early careers hires with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed within the organisation.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to early careers employees, helping them navigate challenges and maximise their potential
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of early careers initiatives.
Skills & experience required:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or early careers development, with a focus on programme design and implementation.
- Management of complex people projects and generating outputs
- A strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent assessment methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Experience of launching large scale change / programmes to an organisation
- Creative ability to translate requirements into meaningful materials and outputs.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
