£35k – £45k per annum
My client is a fast-growing global technology business specialising in the AI space, who are looking to continue growing their People team. They need an experienced People & Talent Administrator, who can support the Head of People and Talent Recruiter, acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries.
Responsibilities will also include:
- Managing their internal systems BambooHR and Deel, including setting up and managing profiles, keeping information correct and updated, writing up reports and dashboards, and setting up policies
- Supporting with the onboarding and offboarding activities
- Managing the flow and preparing HR documents including contracts, letters, forms and issuing the documents for signing via BambooHR and Docusign
- Knowledge on rights to work, visa sponsorship and other HR policies
Experience managing BambooHR is an absolute must and experience using Deel would be hugely advantageous. This is a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, so you must be happy to be in an organisation where not everything is set-up and functions are growing and being created. You must be strong with Excel and numeracy skills, with the ability to spot where gaps might be missing or systems aren’t connecting. This is a role where they need you to think on your feet and be able to learn as you go. Salary is depending on experience, and you must come from a HR Administrator background
