Clinic based Senior Audiologist/RHAD role Exeter, base salary c.£40000-£47000, private patient base, full time role with option to work full time over four longer days if preferred, mid week only
A rare and exciting new clinic based prospect recently released in Exeter working with an exceptional customer care focussed and ethical employer of choice.
This is an ideal role for an experienced and ambitious Audiologist or RHAD to work in a more senior capacity so alongside side providing high quality fully private hearing care services the successful applicant can also feel engaged in supervising a small team of assistants and clinicians as well as undertaking business development work to help maximise the potential of the business longer term.
As a reward for your efforts is an extremely attractive base salary up to c.£45/47,000, a raft of generous benefits which are all offered in conjunction with a flexible working pattern allowing full time work either over five days or four longer days if preferred to allow three days off in a week and enjoy an exceptional work life balance!

Key Duties
* Offer thorough battery of diagnostics and recommend aids for variety of leading manufacturers to best suit your client’s requirements
* Lead, organise and mentor a small team of dedicated hear care professionals
* Offer micorsuction services a with fully training provided as required (not essential if clinician does not want to p[participate in this part of the service offering)
* Be proactive to help grow the business long term
* Full time role 37.5 hours per week mid week only with fleixble rota available

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
* HCPC or RCCP registered or fully eligible to register
* Two years post qualified experience required and should be confident to supervise a small team of hear care professionals
