We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team to create compelling features that fundamentally solve problems and help our customers grow their businesses. This role can be based in Berlin or London.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work directly with customers to learn about their needs and pain points, conduct user interviews, field feature requests, and run experiments with trusted testers.
  • Define product strategy and optimize our customer experience using a variety of inputs, and clearly articulate rationale behind product decisions
  • Define product requirements and lead successful execution of initiatives
  • Identify new growth opportunities via quantitative research, UX studies, and reviews of industry-standard methodologies
  • Develop and facilitate detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams
  • Establish and nurture lean and agile-driven product development processes and mindset
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to design, build, launch, and market new product capabilities
  • Collaborate on go-to-market plans with sales, marketing, and customer success

Who You Are:

  • You have at least 5 years of previous experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in an Agile software development environment
  • You have a good understanding of data visualization and have worked with large amounts of data
  • Experience with shipping one or more products that are live on the market today
  • You have B2B experience and are great at prioritization
  • You are a good communicator – you need to coordinate with different departments and talk to the client
  • You have the tendency to question and argue from first principles
  • You are very structured and organized
  • You see the big picture but also have the ability to zoom in on operations
  • You are customer obsessed, and the customer is always at the root of your solution
