Key Responsibilities Include
- Product Discovery: Collaborate with product managers and the technology team from discovery to delivery. Develop deep understanding of the needs of our clients (using User Centered Design approaches) and the value our product brings to customers. Understand the importance of programatic solutions that incorporate constraints (Commerical, technical, etc.) into their design.
- Holistic User/ Customer Experience Design: Formulate user experience vision for how our clients will interact with our product offering, and the company as a whole
- Prototyping: Deep knowledge of the different techniques used to explore product ideas. Comfortable with many different prototyping tools. Responsible for selecting the right tool for the task at hand. Able to quickly generate a prototype to communicate ideas both internally and externally.
- User Testing: Constantly develop, validate and refine ideas with end users, at a high cadence. Collect new insights and be able to assess the real-world commercial value of product features/ solutions
- Interaction & Visual Design: Deep experience developing both interaction and visual design in digital products. Able to work quickly at differently levels of fidelity depending on the task at hand.
Required Skills/Experience
- Demonstrated experience in designing for at least one the following areas of expertise: ESG, Data Analytics, AI/ ML, SaaS, Digital Platforms
- Domain expertise within Financial Services / Banking/ Capital Markets preferred
- Proven ability to lead Digital Design, set UX vision and innovate
- Understanding of key business metrics and data and how it connects to design
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile ’start-up’ work environment
- Deals with ambiguity and is exceptionally adaptable and flexible; can throw and catch a curve ball
- Excellent cross-disciplinary collaboration skills
