Our Graduate training programme is designed to take fresh graduates (or non-graduates) from entry-level to advisory within a 2-year development course.

Successful graduates will commence their 12–24-month training and development phase within deVere’s head office in Malta. This phase will allow you to grow your effective communication skills. In addition to your soft skills training, you will be trained on international investments such as retirement planning, personal portfolio bonds, and pre-packaged investments to name a few. A minimum of 1 year is required within the recruitment department.

You must be open-minded to relocate for this career path as this is not a U.K.-based position.

Successful applicants must be willing to relocate to our Malta office.
