Why the Capital Markets Graduate Programme?
In Capital Markets, our Investment Banking team works with clients to raise capital and manage financial risk. On this program, you will develop specialist expertise as a banker, gaining unique insight from colleagues across Barclays while taking on your own projects with our full support. You will start with intensive training to develop skills in a particular area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on live deals and deal proposals.
- Prepare new business presentations.
- Learn the art of executing transactions.
- Participate in the day-to-day activities of the capital markets division.
- Execute small research projects to support strategic decision-making.
