Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our Sales Operation team. If you are excited by technology that has the power to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions per second; collect tens of billions of events each day; and evaluate thousands of data-points in real-time all while responding in just a few milliseconds, then IAS is the place for you! What you’ll do:

Problem-solving: Process Salesforce troubleshooting/support cases; partner with sales to answer questions about the process; identify system or process issues and communicate them upwards
Analytics preparation and distribution: Oversee the creation of Salesforce reports and dashboards, analyze proprietary platform data using BI software, conduct ad hoc analysis combining multiple data sources, and regularly disseminate reports to sales leadership
Data Quality Maintenance: Maintain data quality process to ensure accurate information and identify areas to improve data hygiene reports and best practices
Sales Enablement: Partner with the Sales Learning & Development team to develop and create sales process documentation, guide the L&D sales training database, contribute to sales training events (including sales onboarding), First Name

BA/BS degree required
3-5 years experience (experience in Sales Operations, CRM Management, Sales Enablement or a similar role is a plus!)
Strong written/verbal communication
High-functioning & collaborative team player
Attention to detail & strong organization skills
Proactive qualities and willingness to learn
Interest in advertising/media technology
Salesforce required (CPQ a plus!)
