About the job :
We need an experienced architect to work full-time for us full-time, permanently. The person we choose will be very important to our building projects. They will be in charge of the planning process and making sure that all of the architecture meets our high standards for quality, functionality, and good looks.
* Oversee the planning and design of a range of construction projects, such as domestic and business buildings.
*Make detailed plans, drawings, and specs for architecture.
*Work together with clients to understand their wants and needs and turn them into creative and useful design solutions.
*Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and other building experts to make sure plans are possible and that budgets and deadlines are met.
*Look over and agree to any changes to the design, making sure they follow all safety and building rules.
*Keep an eye on the building process to make sure the idea is carried out correctly.
*Visit the job site to make sure the work is going as planned and according to the plans.
*Keep up with the latest rules, materials, and trends in architecture.
*Make sure that the local safety standards, building codes, and planning laws are followed.
*Make project ideas, reports, and design presentations, and show them to clients and other important people.
Requirements:
*Proven work history as an architect.
*A lot of experience with designing buildings, planning them, and building them.
* Proficient in using architectural tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
* A deep understanding of the rules, codes, and safety standards for buildings.
* Great ability to think both creatively and analytically.
*Ability to handle several jobs at once and finish them on time.
* Good people skills and the ability to talk to others.
*Be able to work both alone and with others.
*A degree in architecture or a related area that is useful.
